Take-Up Reel Carrier and Carriage
Our take-up reel and carriage operate as independent winding
systems, compatible with any hydraulic power unit, particularly
suited for the versatile SA-YQZ40/SA-YQZ60 Hydraulic Puller
Tensioner. With a generous 15m oil pipe length, seamless
connectivity is assured.
Featuring automatic level wind and a reliable negative self-acting
hydraulic brake, our take-up reel and carriage ensure smooth
operation and enhanced safety. Constructed from welded steel with a
protective coating, the frame guarantees durability and longevity.
Hydraulic jacks, powered by the same hydraulic source, enable
effortless lifting of the reel, while a hydraulic motor directly
drives the machine. The multi-plate brake, activated hydraulically
through spring action, ensures precise control and braking
performance.
Additionally, the GSP1400 steel wire rope reel, a complementary
supporting equipment, can be ordered separately under item number
07125C.
