Our MAR-YZ40A Hydraulic Tensioner is designed to handle tension
stringing operations for various steel wire ropes, conductors, and
earth wires. It features a bullwheel lined with highly durable MC
nylon material, offering excellent abrasion resistance, with an
ultra-wide groove spacing for enhanced performance.
One of its key features is the ability to achieve constant tension
conductor stringing, thanks to its infinitely variable tension
control system. In the event of hydraulic failure, the
spring-applied hydraulically released multi-plate brake engages
automatically, ensuring safe operation.
Additionally, the MAR-YZ40A Hydraulic Tensioner comes equipped with
a hydraulic power output interface, facilitating easy connection to
the shaft bracket of hydraulic wire. This feature enhances
versatility and efficiency during stringing operations.
