Our MAR-YZ2×40B Hydraulic Tensioner is engineered to facilitate the
stringing of diverse conductors and earth wires. It offers the
flexibility of either one-pull-one or one-pull-two configurations.
Featuring an infinitely variable tension control system, the
MAR-YZ2×40B ensures precise tension adjustment, enabling
constant-tension conductor stringing operations. In the event of
hydraulic failure, the built-in spring-applied hydraulically
released multi-plate brake engages automatically, enhancing
operational safety.
Moreover, our product is designed with two sets of hydraulic power
output interfaces, allowing seamless connection to hydraulic
conductor reel stands. The bullwheel is specially lined with
wear-resistant MC nylon material, ensuring durability and reliable
performance.
Applications: Ideal for stringing various conductors and earth
wires, the MAR-YZ2×40B is suitable for stringing either one
conductor or two bundle conductors.
